I am am blown away by that fact that 24 athletes competing in this year's Paralympics have used Back Up's services at some point in their journey to #Paris!

1moMy Bad Customer Experience with Aer Lingus:It’s nearly impossible to reach customer service during critical times! None of the numbers you call are answered. There is supposedly a WhatsApp communication line, but your messages seem to disappear into thin air. After about two days, they respond, but what they reply with is completely unrelated to the question you asked. You write again, and the same void! After much effort, you manage to find an email address on the website, but that too leads to the same uncertainty.Flight cancellations without any valid reason, rescheduling to a completely irrelevant date without any consultation, and the inability to change or cancel your booking through the app are serious problems. Worst of all, there’s no one you can speak to throughout this entire process!If an airline can’t provide even the most basic level of customer service, that’s a huge problem.
