Valid point! However, the day to day is whoever treats the guest the best wins. The behind the scenes items are extremely important. But again, it’s ALWAYS about the guest. You must always know what it is the guest wants. And be able and willing to provide that. Negotiating and commission pay for Sales Consultants are not what the guest wants. It already takes the Consultant down a path that is different than the path the guest wants.
