2 days back we celebrated our anniversary and we also moved to #Luxembourg 2 years back on the same day. I was reflecting on how these movements teach us so many things about us we never knew before. For me the last 2 years were the year of transition for both my work and home. My most important learning from my work perspective in the last 2 years of transition was to find a very clear area of focus for myself aligned with my purpose and values and continue to go deeper. I was challenged with doubts and fears and maybe at times I was myself my biggest barrier, but once one can overcome those nothing can stop from achieving excellence. The path itself guides you on the way. I can't express how grateful I feel to have a partner who has been a constant source of support on this journey Shubhang Srivastava and who has been constantly reminding me to keep my focus. My mentors Cindy Muthukarapan MCC, ACTC and Ujjaval Buch who are always so kind and giving and through their guidance I continue to learn everyday. I am also very grateful to be introduced to the great work of Bert Hellinger and to learn from the teachings of John Whittington on systemic coaching and constellations. As John Whittington says: Learning a new skill can feel like a challenging and complex task. Until you surrender your ego authority to the authority of the field and flow with it. Let us be surrendered to our paths in 2025 and let it show us the way :)

Fleets have a big role to play in the transition to sustainable transport. In this article I explore how Carly is reducing under-utilised assets and providing a low risk path to EV adoption #EV #carsubscription #fleets
As Australia moves towards a greener and more sustainable future, transportation and mobility are becoming an increasingly important part of the conversation. Questions around the challenges of climate change, resource depletion and limited flexibility are coming to the forefront of traditional ownership models, particularly where cars are concerned. This makes way for innovative solutions such as car subscriptions, which can offer a flexible and sustainable alternative to traditional car ownership - and can be a great way to incorporate sustainability into your employee mobility programs. Read more in this guest post on the TEMi Blog by Chris Noone, CEO of Carly Car Subscription https://lnkd.in/gmFfMeHD #TEMi #CarlyCarSubscription #FriendsofTEMi #sustainabletransport #sustainableglobalmobility #globalmobilityprofessionals #globalmobility #globaltalentmobility #talentmobility #workforcemanagement #professionaldevelopment

A Tale of Two Altitudes (Part 2) ✨ My time in Amsterdam was rounded off with a chance to connect with leaders from two businesses I respect deeply - Tony's Chocolonely and Patagonia. Learning about their exciting and pioneering work has given me a huge lift - the innovation and passion is inspiring and I’m excited to keep learning with them in 2025 and beyond… 💃 Travelling between these altitudes has been both intense and fun - and I was reminded by advice from a business leader to a group of MBA’s a few years ago ‘We need to find ways to dance across the bridges’. I’m taking this as a metaphorical reminder of Jeremy Heimans and the important work in his book #NewPower. We must find ways to connect new power and old power - making sure that this work is underpinned by the right values. It is hard to summarise the last few days into a few ‘take-away’ points, but with a few hours still to go on my train home - and beautiful countryside sliding by as a distraction - I’ll give it a try. 1. To address the challenges we’re facing in the world we will need to mobilise new and old power. This is not about either or - it is about both/and. This might mean finding more ways to engage both in the mountains and in the grasslands (and everywhere in between). 2. We need to find our voices and awaken the courage to use them. As both business leaders and as activists. We all have power and the agency to step in - and step up - in this moment that matters and find new ways to work together. 3. This is hard work. We must remain hopeful - while also staying rooted to the realities of what is at stake. We must persevere. We must take care of each other and ourselves on this wild road we are all travelling. 🚞 If you have any reflections from the altitudes where you’re finding yourself this week, I’d love to hear them. Thanks for sticking with me on this ride.

At Bschool Travel, sustainability is more than a buzzword—it's a core value shaping how we design and deliver our experiential learning programs. 🌿 From partnering with local businesses that prioritize environmental responsibility to crafting itineraries that highlight sustainable innovation, we are committed to leaving a positive impact wherever we go. As I #celebrate 6 years with Atmosphere Core , I’m filled with #pride and #gratitude for the incredible #journey I've been on. During this time, we’ve transformed our #brands and #expanded our presence in #key #markets. From opening Varu by Atmosphere, OBLU XPERIENCE Ailafushi, and OBLU SELECT Lobigili, to relaunching OBLU NATURE Helengeli by Sentido, and rebranding Raaya by Atmosphere, each #achievement has been a testament to our #collective vision and drive. However, what stands out the most for me is the #privilege of #leading and #growing a #dynamic #international #team, all of whom are based remotely. This has been my most significant #learning #experience, pushing me to #develop #trust, #adaptability, and #effective #communication to #build and #sustain a high-#performing #global team. None of this would have been possible without the #support of my #peers and #team. I am deeply grateful to Masol Tamayo, Chen Chen , Katerina Kuznetsova ,and Ali Abdulla, who have been there from day one and helped me transition smoothly into my current role. To sheena dovey and Oliver Greifenstein, and their team for sharing the fun, the stress, and for supporting me step-by-step as we grew two of the company’s key markets. To Stephane Laguette for the #guidance and #mentorship. And to #myself for #leaning in. This #journey hasn’t always been easy, but it has been incredibly #rewarding. If I could sum it up in one phrase: #TOGETHER Is #BETTER. #teamwork #growingtogether #personalgrowth #powertowomen #milestone #leanin

They say time goes by in the blink of an eye – and the past decade certainly has! Today marks my 10-year anniversary at Bausch + Lomb and I couldn’t be more grateful for the lessons learned, moments shared and the amazing team of people (too many to tag) I get to work with every single day. Looking back, here 10 of the top things I’ve learned: 🏢 Transitioning from clinical care to industry was a rewarding challenge. While my experience in the military helped me adjust, the journey was far more complex – but it was beyond worth every step. 🫶Take advantage of opportunities to give back. I've had the pleasure of supporting locally and nationally, both for my own team and also for organizations like Community Hope, TerraCycle, Guide Dog Foundation for the Blind, and others. One of the greatest things we can do is use our resources to help those in need. 💬 Feedback fuels progress. Giving and receiving even the smallest pieces of feedback add up into something much bigger, helping us be 1% better every day ✨ The potential to impact patients extends far beyond what we see. Being part of something bigger in a business-focused role has shown me the importance of our work and why it matters so much. 🤝 Mentorship is a two-way street. You’re never too experienced to learn from others – or too early in your career to share what you’ve learned. 💖 Make time for things that matter most. Improving eye care is important. So is being there for loved ones. No matter how busy life gets, always remember to put people first. 👩💼Never underestimate the power of a great coworker. I am lucky to have too many to count, but my partner-in-crime, Leslie Silva has had a tremendous impact on me and the work our team is doing across North America. 🥳 Celebrate every win. Work is a lot better when you have fun together and appreciate the journey along the way. 🌱 Growth happens when you push yourself beyond your comfort zone. The path isn’t straightforward and you have to rise to new challenges each day. From product development to marketing and so much more, each challenge has taught me something new. ➡️ When you think you’ve done all that you can, do a little more. The extra effort can make all the difference in the lives of patients and the doctors who count on us. While I can’t see the future, I do know that it will be just as bright, adventuresome, and inspiring as the past decade with B+L. "From impossible to I'm possible" is a powerful shift in perspective, turning a word associated with defeat into one of empowerment and possibility. It emphasizes that with determination, creativity, and the right mindset, what seems unattainable can be achieved. It's a reminder that challenges are opportunities in disguise, and by believing in ourselves, we can transform the impossible into reality.
