Update: 3 hours in! Boy it's tough being added late! This project's been running for over a year... and they're about 3 weeks from the advertised Go-Live date 😬 I'm scrambling to spot the glaring risks. The good news is this team has thought ahead about a roll out plan. Some basic thoughts, but still missing a key component: 👉 Getting buy-in There's been hardly any comms. Q&A forum saw low support. General pop still clueless. Nevermind real thought towards Reinforcement! 🥴 So I'm reviewing the success criteria. Identifying resistance risks. Writing a comms plan. Creating surveys. Update #2: Pretty much out of time. Some of my ideas landed well. Some are just coming in too late. Here's what I did last week: 📝 Commented on rollout presentation. 📝 Developed survey questions. 📝 Drafted a sustainment plan. 📝 Interviewed some users. 📝 Drafted a FAQ. With the time remaining I'll finalize the sustainment plan and give some final thoughts. It's been difficult to go from near zero knowledge to adding value in 10 hours when the org is not exactly ready for change management to be a part of their philosophy. But, it's been a fun challenge! Final update is still coming, unless I get extended... 🤞 #change #changehero #culturechange
