The system enables the HCP to sit loosely within the universal dovetail bracket. This loose fit allows the vibrator to use its entire mass to deliver a hammer like impact, which results in efficient transfer of vibration energy into the material and optimizes the vibrator’s area of influence. 2. The system keeps the HCP positioned high in the universal dovetail bracket. Staying high in the bracket prevents the vibrator lodging itself into the bottom of the bracket. This makes the process of moving the vibrator from bracket to bracket easier, allowing for quicker transfers to the next dovetail bracket.
