if anyone wants to have a clear, indisputable example of what a #warcrime is, this is it. No fighters hiding behind civilians, no possibility of not knowing what it was. Justice must be served even if that means tremendous sacrifice and suffering such that humanity can evolve to the point where such behavior will be immediately and globally punished without regard to individual interests. Altruistic policing and punishment in behavioral economics.

Morning time: Russians hit with missile the largest children's hospital in Ukraine, Okhmatdyt. Kids are under the rubble. Terror against children as another proof of Russian barbarism & cynicism. Video by United24 Media.
This has barely made news today in the background of the other news of the day. This news is not new unfortunately. russia is purposely targeting hospitals, supermarkets and other public places to make ppl feel desperate and unprotected, to let them beg for the war end at any conditions. This is part of the bigger “peace negotiations” agenda on russian terms. I.e. destroying the Ukrainian statehood one way or another.
One thing is clear now is that this war will continue till either Ukraine submits (not as long as ammunition is available) or russian empire / reich collapses. We can hope for the other options but should mentally prepare for the inevitable reality. Half measures don’t work in the times of war.

February 24 will mark the 2nd anniversary of this invasion of Ukraine and it would be inhumane to wait for the end of the war, as millions of Ukrainians are suffering in frigid winter temperatures without electricity and, hence, no water. Time to stand together with Ukraine and the Ukrainian people is now.

🛑 Iran-Israel: Escalation of War in the Middle East.
🛑 The Middle East is Desperately in Need for Peace.
After complete silence of Iran to retaliate on a series of Israel’s self-defence as defined by one side, contra interpreted as provacation on the other side. This is amid an ongoing Israeli ground invasion of South Lebanon, Iran has responded by firing missles.
Iran has now launched retaliatory missile strikes against Israel after the Israeli attack on Hezbollah headquarters in Lebanon, Israeli officials said. The war is currently taking a new path and clear escalation that can very well end in a large-scale regional confrontation.
Such development in the region, because of the war in Gaza and the violence in the rest of the OPT, was quite predicted and it was not a matter of ‘IF’ but rather ‘WHEN’ such escalation will take place. No one can currently predict how the war will look like, how and when and above all on which scale. Also, what would be the end goal and the consequences in the whole Middle East. There are quite many direct and indirect actors that are, may and could be involved in the future.
It is very unfortunate to see how the desire to bring sustainable peace, in a region desperate to end the hostilities, is turned up-side-down to an unprecedented destructive war where the main victims are the civilians. The window of peace is still a matter of choice for the goodwill of the ringing bells 🔔 in the hearts of humanity.
Let us think, take minutes of deep breath to think what to do and act accordingly. For decades and decades there were successive and repeated calls for peace ✌️all of which evaporated by the wild forces and evil fires 🔥 of hostilities.
Two years ago on February 24, 2022 Russia egregiously invaded Ukraine and it has been deemed the largest attack on a European country since World War II. There have been at least 500,000 troops killed on both sides in the atrocity. It may be much worse given the fact that Moscow has been known to undercount its casualties and Kyiv does not disclose official figures.1 As of now, Russia has control of ~20% of Ukraine and the fighting does not look to be letting up. In this weekly, we focused on some of the major global impacts we have seen as a result of Russia’s invasion of Ukraine.

📣 #Propaganda Vs Reality
Top: A cringy video from Russian propaganda, hinting that #Ukraine's Zaporizhzhia, Kherson and Chasiv Yar will be captured, and are changing the names of cities to Russian version.
Note this is ridiculous, as Moscow has failed to keep these places occupied for over two years straight, and really only holds 18% of Ukraine today.
❗ In reality, any Russian territorial gains look like "roads of 𝐝𝐞𝐚𝐭𝐡" like in the bottom video.
Where the Russian occupiers near Novomykhailivka in the Donetsk region charge forward to their doom in tanks.
🍖 The location is perfectly targeted by the defenders, but Putin's troops stubbornly continue to advance in senseless assaults with one known end.
Here, a Russian tank moved to support the assault on Ukrainian positions but was stopped and burned by a 𝐤𝐚𝐦𝐢𝐤𝐚𝐳𝐞 #drone its crew left on the battlefield forever.
Moscow pretends everything is fine in Ukraine. In truth, the roads are covered in burned tanks, vehicles and 𝐜𝟎𝐫𝐩𝐬𝐞𝐬 of invaders.

“At the same time as the missiles were launched, large signs began to be published in Iran threatening Israel in Hebrew and stating that a shelter would not help but to prepare coffins...”
Iranian Narrative warfare extends beyond traditional military strategies, often employed not to threaten the enemy directly but to instill fear and manipulate the perceptions of one's own population. In this unconventional approach, information becomes a powerful weapon, shaping public opinion to align with a particular narrative.
One of the targets are the Jewish minority in Iran, though relatively small in numbers, has a rich and longstanding history deeply rooted in the country's cultural tapestry. Despite the challenges faced by minority communities in various parts of the Islamic Republic of Iran.
By controlling the #narrative, Iranian authorities can influence how their citizens perceive events, ideologies, or adversaries. This form of #psychological#warfare seeks to create a sense of unity and conformity within the population, fostering loyalty and compliance to the regime. The manipulation of #narratives in this context can be a tool for social control, aiming to shape the collective mindset and maintain support for government actions, even in the face of challenging circumstances.

ALMA - Israel's Security Challenges on the Northern Border
At the same time as the missiles were launched, large signs began to be published in Iran threatening Israel in Hebrew and stating that a shelter would not help but to prepare coffins...
How to say it... a webinar on helping Ukrainian cities with overcoming its challenges had to stop in the middle of energy-related session, due to the air raid alert all over the country...
The war is not over, russians would attack more countries if we allow them, we simply cannot get tired of helping Ukraine in any way we can - not as long as it takes, but as quickly as possible and as much as needed.

Ukraine
There are no ifs: the Russians do not have the manpower to occupy Ukraine.
They lost already more than 400,000 soldiers to occupy less than 20% of the country and would lose at least another 500,000 before they could reach the western borders of Ukraine. They would barely have enough soldier left to control the Kyiv and its surroundings.
Furthermore, unlike what they projected before their invasion, they wouldn't be able to count on a larger number of Ukrainian collaborators ready to help them to pacify the country.
In such a scenario, guerrilla warfare would be unavoidable. A guerrilla movement’s breeding ground is always the local poulation’s hate and resentment agaisnt the central government (in this case Moscow).
