Education is a human right. In honour of education's contribution to peace and development, the United Nations General Assembly declared January 24 to be the International Day of Education. The purpose of this day is to advocate for better educational reforms and increase everyone's access to education. It's a day to honour and promote educational accessibility. The purpose of the International Day of Education is to mobilise people, organisations, and decision-makers to take decisive action to guarantee that children receive primary and secondary education and to increase youth involvement in the educational process.
