There will be a lot of 🗣 on here over the next few days about the 🆕 'What we watched" data from Netflix 🎆 Initial thoughts on this are as follows 1. Exciting! 2. Devil is always in the detail. 18,000 'titles' yes, but around 500 of them contribute to 50% of viewing across the period, 110 movies and 390 TV Franchises (Not titles, they are simply seasons) 3. The Top 10 Movies by viewing hours are almost predominantly Netflix titles released in the last twelve months with the exception of Boss Baby which is only available on the US platform 4. The Top 10 TV Franchises are again dominated by Netflix shows, Ginny & Georgina coming out on top with the long awaited second series premiering at the beginning of the period (Jan 5th) 5. The exceptions in this list are the Walking Dead (2010, 11 series), Suits (2011, 8 series) & Blacklist (2013, 10 series) 2.2 of which (WD, The Blacklist and 2 seasons of Suits) are only available to subscribers in the US. So Netflix incredibly good at promoting its own shows on the platform and acquiring (especially for its huge US audience) the best of the rest with titles like New Amsterdam, Breaking Bad, Grey's Anatomy, Lucifer and Friends sitting just outside the Top 10 Franchises For more analysis and opinion you can visit here.

Well™ is a psychological safety tool that helps control psychosocial risks. It’s the catalyst for your whole organisation to form daily habits that keep everyone safe. When saw the Well tool in action, I was pretty excited and jumped at the opportunity to join the journey. Seeing stats like this from our first users is showing me that others are just as excited about Well as I am. An absolute banner year for Infraway and I am so grateful to all our users. These stats completely exceeded my expectations and have given insight on what to build on here and create moving forward. (Context for anyone unfamiliar: A session is a customizable heat experience for the user. The user wears the L1 and selects a time duration and temperature. The L1 provides both topical and infrared heat to the user.) Key takeaways: 1. Our users are racking up sessions multiple times a week if not daily 2. Our users are moving during session! Huge proof of concept to show we built something with great user retention and that people want to move with the products that make them feel better. As we continue to build our user base and incorporate feedback, we will be launching new features tailored towards sessions, unlocking new movement data insights, and keeping product as simple and easy to use as possible. www.theinfraway.com

One of the earliest projects I took on when joining Ashby was the launch of our Talent Trends Reports with our data team; Kevin Connolly and Bryce Codell. Since then, we’ve grown the team and the quality and rate at which we release them – thank goodness for Anum Hussain. Today, the team is relaunching the very first report we did, Offer Acceptance Rates, with a handful of new, valuable insights. One of several interesting observations is that there is a 10% variability between the offer acceptance rates in Biz Services (82%) and Media & Entertainment (72%) on a blended average of 78%.
