In an ideal world, hiring managers would be upfront about what is and isn't actually required for a specific role. Unfortunately, they rarely are. This causes candidates (particularly women) to shy away from jobs that don't seem like a perfect skill or experience match. Interested in a job but don't meet every single qualification? Don't let that hold you back. Highlight the qualifications you do meet, and explain how your other qualities can elevate the role even more.
