🌸 Good Afternoon 🌸 In 2020, a study on how loneliness affected mental health professionals in Spain in the midst of COVID was conducted. The sample population consisted of 1,706 participants, all of whom were either healthcare professionals or physicians working in various healthcare settings. The results of the study found that 53% of the participants reported feelings of loneliness and 83% "were prone to experience mental health challenges." As a result of COVID-19, mental health professionals were confronted with a multitude of challenges that forced them to constantly find ways to cope. In this ongoing struggle against COVID, the significance of community has become ever more essential.
