Mohammed Tei Tetteh, Tyre Superintendent, Ghana African Mining Services, recently spent a month in Perth attending high level training at Bridgestone Mining Solutions Australia and RIMEX Australia as part of a program supported by AMS and Perenti. Mohammed was also able to spend time working alongside and collaborating with the Performance Asset Management team. In doing so, he’s been able to gain valuable insight to regular operational functions and longer-term strategic planning vital to our future success. Adding to Mohammed’s extensive experience, with the extra training, he will be able to take this new knowledge back to the local workforce in Africa along with newly acquired skills in systems and processes within the business. Mohammed joined AMS in 2011 and was impressed with the support offered for upskilling in the business. “I really enjoyed the course and appreciate the opportunity to upskill in this area and take the knowledge back to the local operations in Africa. It’s a very valuable program and opportunity to share processes across Perenti.” #AMS #Perenti #Careers #Maintenance #Mining #Training #AssetManagement #SmarterTogether

Mohammed participated in an Advanced TyreSense training course at RIMEX Perth. He was very eager to learn, and our facilitator, Brad Staker, was enthusiastic about training him in all aspects of the TyreSense product, including maintenance and features. Thank you to Mohammed and African Mining Services for taking part in this program.
