Pasquali Microwave Systems’ Electroforming process: during the last ten years in the framework of space ESA programs and ASI programs, Pasquali Microwave Systems developed its own process of copper electroforming for waveguide parts manufacturing at millimeter and sub-millimeter wavelengths. One of main advantages of electroforming is to reproduce the external shape of mandrel within a 1 micron tolerance.
