I had the pleasure of speaking at the beauty brunch yesterday and delving into the world of beauty & luxury. A truly interesting subject in an ever evolving world. Luxury has traditionally meant exclusive, expensive and frankly rather unattainable - one word often missing is quality. Is this an expected value or only sometimes relevant? I was interested to read about the futurist Jared Weiner’s additions of the 3 T’s referring to Time, Truth & Trust. Shedid & Parrish Ltd was not conceived as a ‘luxury brand’ per se but we did want to create the best possible product for the salon space that was accessible to all. Affordable luxury perhaps… and when considering this revised model we actually fit in perfectly. ⏱️A range that saves time, based on the concentration of beautifully sourced ingredient to enhance long term hair health, 👩🏽🦱A personalised range formulated for the tightest curls through to the loosest wave. Carefully conceived to be inclusive of all curl patterns giving them the moisture & nourishment they so desperately need, 🌿And last but not least an authentic, honest brand that aligns itself with brands & personalities with similar values. Being a socially conscious brand, considering our environmental impact whilst empowering people to truly love their curls.
