Employee Wellbeing Initiatives: Ticking Boxes or Driving Real Change?" 🤔 It's an open secret – companies know the importance of measuring ROI and focusing efforts for maximum impact. Yet, when it comes to employee wellbeing initiatives, many struggle to go beyond policy frameworks and just check boxes to truly measure their effectiveness. The truth is, annual surveys alone don't give us the full picture. They fail to capture the day-to-day realities and incidents that can contribute to a toxic environment (including the physical environment). Without more frequent check-ins and transparent reporting, how can we be sure our efforts are making a genuine difference? Merely having policies in place is not enough. We need robust systems that provide transparency and accountability around the impact of our wellbeing initiatives.
