Stop blaming village people for job application rejections
They don't have you in mind one bit 🤣
It is you that's troubling them by making false accusations against them.
Sometimes you have to ask yourself what you are doing wrong if keep getting failures, rejections, and setbacks
People that have made it in life will tell you they had to go through difficult processea and seasons to be where they are today
They sacrificed, they spent, and they served their way to the top

Dear Sam: I am in my mid-40s and have driven a tractor-trailer for most of my career; however, due to a recent accident, I have been forced to look for another occupation. How do I create a cover letter explaining why I am changing careers? – TimDear Tim: When embarking on a career change, you must first define your purpose and identify your transferable skills. This is much more important than explaining the reason for the transition because if your resume and cover letter do not make a strong case for your ability to perform within the new occupation, then you probably won’t get the interview in the first place. Additionally, explaining that you had an accident, without going into too much detail as to the limitations it has now presented, may make a hiring manager question your ability to perform other job functions. Therefore, the best approach is to market your transferable skills and not mention the reason for the career change.

Nowadays, finding a good job isn't just about the paycheck; it's about finding a job that fits what you believe in, especially when it comes to taking care of the environment and being socially responsible.
More and more people want jobs at companies that think the same way they do.
At Mogel, we don't just match CVs to job ads. We really get to know what our client companies stand for, so we can help job seekers find places where they'll do well and also care about the same things they do.
Being a good fit is key for being happy at your job for a long time.
It's also really important to show what you care about clearly. If you're really into protecting the environment or making a difference in society, you should say so in your CV and cover letter.
You want to make it clear what you stand for and find employers who feel the same way.
Not sure how to show what you care about in your job hunt? Talking it over with your recruiter can really help. Focusing on your interests in certain issues can make a big difference in finding the right job.
If you're trying to find a job that matches your values and you haven't talked to a recruiter yet, it might be time to see how working with one can help you find a job that's really satisfying.
Let's get in touch and start a journey to match your career goals with what you believe in.

increase your chance of getting a job by contacting any company doing the sort of work you want to do.
Don't only ask about current vacancies: talk to the staff about the general company's development, ask about the sector.
