We are delighted to share the feedback from Patrick Doucet of ECOPHYSE on the use of Agicap, with the support of Kimberley Aviles from KPMG Pulse. Ecophyse, specialized in waste treatment and valorization, has optimized its cash flow management thanks to Agicap. As a result, Ecophyse was able to better anticipate its cash flows and make informed financial decisions. The collaboration with KPMG was crucial for the implementation of this system, allowing a smooth and effective integration of Agicap tools into their financial processes. The partnership with Educap, KPMG and ECO Fees allowed us to confidently approach the implementation of the solution, enabling true centralized management and arbitration of our cash flow. Patrick Doucette, general manager of Ecofys, alongside Magali Frontiero, president and founder of the company. Ecofys activities include trading and consulting on issues related to waste production and management, with the aim to revalue these materials into raw materials for industrial companies. So cash management is a very significant and crucial issue for eco fees, especially in the trading activity, which represents about 90% of our business, as we see very frequent price renewals based on supply and demand, the main challenges. For ECO fees regarding cash management were first and foremost to be able to consolidate all our bank accounts into a single solution on a daily basis. To be able to effectively manage daily operations between supplier payments and customer payments. In order to anticipate and thus build an accurate and precise cash flow forecast on a solution that is unique and sustainable, we called on KPMG for the deployment of Aggie Cap. This choice proved to be very successful indeed as we were able to very quickly deploy the solution with the support of. Kimberly, who has strong experience in cash management and extensive experience with the tool. With Patrick, we notably integrated the accounting and banking data and also successfully set up the various Ebix contracts. From there, we were able to implement the various AJAB modules, cash flow management for short, medium and long term, the automation of customer reminders and supplier payments. Kimberly came on site for a week to handle the configuration thoroughly discussed various solutions with us, carefully implement detailed dashboards and then. Comprehensively train us Once the Educap tool was implemented, we worked closely with Patrick together on finding and identifying performance gains. For example, the ECHO. This group generates significant cash surpluses. I was able to assist Patrick in optimizing the group's investment strategy and together we achieved real additional financial gains. The second challenge was to work on analyzing the customer accounts. With ADCAP, we have a more detailed view of total outstanding amount and average payment period of clients. The collaboration with Kimberly allowed us to significantly rethink our approach. The cash flow forecasting through a new methodology and the use of the AJI Cap tool, which enabled us to achieve an immediate and significant return on investment.
