Exciting times in the Ethereum ecosystem! 🚀 PEPE, with its frog theme, and MOG, with its cat theme, saw impressive gains of 11% and 45% respectively in the past 24 hours. This surge is part of a broader narrative where traders use these tokens to gain indirect exposure to ETH. Open interest in futures for PEPE and MOG has risen, signaling new money entering the market. PEPE's open interest rose from $550 million to $720 million, while MOG's increased from $5 million to $8.3 million. The rally started when analysts raised the odds of ether ETFs being approved recently in the U.S., driving interest in PEPE and MOG. Binance founder and former CEO Changpeng 'CZ" Zhao is stepping down as chairman of the global exchange's U.S. affiliate's board.
