Have you seen our new ad campaign across southern Wisconsin? It shines a spotlight on what makes Agrace truly special—bringing authentic care and connection to every patient we serve. The campaign is inspired by the incredible dedication of staff like Sara, RN case manager, whose commitment to delivering genuine care and meaningful connections perfectly embodies Agrace's mission. We are honored to celebrate their unwavering dedication and the positive impact they have on patients every day. To all our Agrace staff—thank you for being the heart of our mission and for fostering meaningful connections with those we serve.

Peter D. Schenck, CFP(R), ChFC(R), MBA, RICP(R), WMCP(R) and Robin Raef put on an amazing seminar covering risk management out in Sacramento. Are you or someone you know interested in having a say in how they receive long-term care, but missed the seminar? Reach out and we can set up a one-on-one discussion on the topic. #veteranshelpingveterans #onamission
Thank you to everyone who came out and joined our team last night in Sacramento! Pictured is Robin Raef, our Director of Long Term Care Solutions. She was happy to head west and visit California to share her 20 years of long-term care industry experience with the terrific group that turned out. If you have questions about how to solve your future long-term planning needs, please reach out to your local First Command advisor. We would be happy to help!

Have you ever considered Advocacy? Advocacy is like a marathon. When beginners like me hit the wall around mile 20, we just have to keep putting one foot in front of the other. And like a marathon, advocacy takes training and practice. I urge you to hone your advocacy muscles and practice by advocating on the issues that can help your patients: administrative burden, payment rates and Medicaid. We want to make advocacy easy, but it does take work. And you don’t always finish the marathon. Victories in advocacy are never permanent, and losses are not always lasting. The bottom line is advocates must engage, and we are here to help. To learn more, read Bob Hall’s Payment Pearl in the January issue of OPTP https://lnkd.in/gsxyK5zH

🌿 "Caring for others is the ultimate expression of humanity." 🌿 Today, let's celebrate the heart of our community: the caregivers and staff who bring hope, dignity, and joy to those they serve. At Seren Healthcare Solutions, we're proud to share inspiring stories that showcase how compassion transforms lives. This week's story features a caregiver who helped a client rediscover their independence by creating a tailored care plan. Their dedication and patience turned daily challenges into moments of empowerment and growth. 💡 Small acts of care make a big impact. Let's inspire one another to spread kindness! 🖼️ Visual Idea: A heartwarming image of a caregiver holding hands with a client or a serene nature background paired with the quote: "Caring for others is the ultimate expression of humanity."
