🚨Beware about the scams in SAVIC Inc. 🚨 SAVIC Inc. is a fraudulent company. They charge around ₹1.6 lakhs for an internship and this amount is continuously increasing and they offer a stipend of ₹8000, promising full-time employment after six months. For the past 4-5 months, Savic has had financial issues and has not been paying employees' salaries or stipends, causing significant financial hardship for both interns and employees, affecting their families as well. I joined Savic Technology on 7th of August 2023, and have completed 10 months with the company. When I asked HR about full-time employment, one HR representative told me not to expect anything from the company. Additionally, I cannot afford to travel daily from Borivali to Belapur due to stipend issues and my financial constraints. When I asked HR to release me, they demanded ₹1.5 lakhs and server the internship bond. I explained that I couldn't serve the bond because I am an intern and they have been delaying my stipend continuously. I also asked why they charged for the internship without providing any training, a functional training server, or a training certificate, but HR did not give me any clarification. They mentioned the possibility of full-time employment but were unsure about salary regularization. When I requested to be released and provide internship letter, they terminated me instead of addressing my concerns. This is an unprofessional way to treat employees, and HR should be responsible for addressing every employee's doubts. They are currently looking for new candidates who are fresh graduates, so they can attract more funding for the company. I would request the candidates think before joining this company. First, it is key to develop self-discipline. "Developing this involves understanding self-control as well as how to maintain your energy" (Taygerly, 10). Another part I have found beneficial is that in order to have a relationship with your co-workers that is built on trust and reliability, it becomes important to hold the team's interest higher than your own. This shift creates a more positive attitude and better environment. Using these skills, I will be able to work more efficiently in the work place by understanding my role and limits. VOLUNTEER/CASUAL/SHORT-TERM CONTRACT/JUNIOR POSITIONS To the new graduates out there, finding a job in this era is very, very difficult and challenging. You may not find your dream jobs as you anticipated. Companies and organizations require and will always ask for people with more than 5 years of working experiences (as it is very common in the positions that are advertised). Only a handful will find a placement in the industries. But the so many lot will be on the streets looking for jobs. Getting a diploma, bachelor, etc. etc. is different from getting a job. If you happen to see a position for a volunteer, a very junior position, a casual/short term contract, do not overlook that. It maybe the start of your career. Take it with both hands. Or this might not be the job of your dream/choice but it will build you and give you the experience you need to apply for another job.
