I'm still basking in Glory of the Dubai's Model. Twenty five (25) years ago Dubai was all Sand, Camels, Desert and a Fishing society. Twenty five (25) years later it's regarded as most visited by tourist . In 2015, 56 million visitors spent approximately $30 billion in Dubai (The Sheikh CEO , Lessons in Leadership pg.68) Why am I still so amazed? No, I am not a paid Ambassador for Dubai 😜. I'm gripped by the fascinating Vision, Wisdom, Innovation, Commitment and most of all the Ruler's understanding of the benefits that's associated with Transformational Change.
