I manage a team and the daily activities of the warehouse. Coordinate the receipt, storage, and evaluation of inventory. 3. What do you enjoy most about your work? I enjoy creating processes and root causing issues to generate a more efficient workspace. 4. What do you like most about CPM? We are a global company, but it can feel like we operate on a smaller scale. We don’t have all the red tape that large companies tend to have to accomplish goals. 5. What do you enjoy doing outside of work? Outside of work, I enjoy running, kayaking, and hiking with my family and pup. There is nothing better than a beautiful day outside. If the team is empty and the work is light, ask them to move the pallets from the beginning of the warehouse to the end back and forth to maintain their vitality Unfortunately, I have seen with my own eyes people who think this way, and the misfortune is that even if we think about it from a purely commercial practical perspective, the reality, experiences and theories based on expertise and experience in the field of work say that every movement of personnel or equipment is redundant or does not bring real value to work is a waste of resources that causes waste of time and increased costs!
