Title: Bringing Joy as a Customer Service Specialist. In my role as a customer service specialist, every interaction is an opportunity to create happiness. Being able to assist customers and ensure their satisfaction brings me immense joy and fulfillment. People over complicate customer service representative, If you're a beginner in the customer service role, Clients sometimes take advantage of you, Yeah they always notice new faces, think now they can get services at a cheaper price It happened to me, A client came and realized I was new, He thought I would fall into his trap of giving him cheaper services, But I had already been given the information of those clients who required special attention, The client said he will never show up whenever I'm there, Why? Not that I was rude but I stood with truth and had the evidence of how he was being served Seems he felt defeated 😂 of course he came back phew! Avoid falling into client's trap by rushing to please them, Sometimes they come asking where is the previous colleague to challenge you, Instead do the following if you're new in the role; ✅ Study the clients behavior > if your colleague tells you that this clients behaves like this when he finds a new face, kindly be on the lookout, ask for the list of those clients who have been given complimentary services or those who clients who requires special attention. ✅ Always protect your company > this is something not many in CSR always embrace, it is your duty as a CSR to protect the company. always remember you're the image of the company. ✅ Stand firm in your truth > if it means exploring the history of the client's services kindly do it politely, the client might feel defeated but he'll for sure come back. MY JOB MY PASSION I have work in different sections in the office but the job but the space I enjoyed most is customer service representative, where my primary goal is to provide an exceptional experience for every customer. There's this joy I feel in being empathetic, understanding, and responsive to their need. You know at this post you need to; 1. Listen Actively: Make sure to truly listen to what the customer is saying, both verbally and nonverbally. 2. Be Proactive: Anticipate customers' needs and offer solutions before they even ask. This will show that you're committed to their satisfaction. 3. Take Ownership: If a customer has a problem or complaint, take ownership of the issue and do whatever you can to resolve it. 4. Go Above and Beyond: Don't just meet the customer's expectations; exceed them. Offer a discount or a freebie, or go out of your way to make their experience exceptional.
