I'm not an expert in terminal operations, mining, manufacturing, nor other industries we serve. Our clients are the experts. Our role is to help leaders develop and activate strategy and bring it to life throughout their organizations. But we do understand the complexity of their landscape, notably technological advancement and labour optimization, talent attraction and retention, and climate change.
