The two-building logistics park of 27,000 and 47,000 sqm will have the Breeam ‘Very Good‘ sustainable construction certificate and according to Valongo‘s Mayor, “is a sign of recognition of the strategic location of the municipality of Valongo, as well as a strong sign of hope for more development, more wealth creation and more jobs. It means, in practice, that we are a good territory to invest in.
