'A Place To Grow' This December saw the graduation ceremony for the first cohort of the Amplify Leadership development programme. Amplify was designed in house by our talent team at Aimbridge Hospitality EMEA and see's each cohort work on real time examples of business change that they can present to our senior team, whilst working in cross organisation groups with senior members of our above and on property teams... The same month, we also launched the 'Aspire.' Again, this was designed in house and is a self-delivered programme of learning for first time managers across the business. It enables you to fit learning around your own schedule, at your own pace and work towards your future goals or sharpen your current skillset to work effectively with your team. Congratulations to all our learners who graduated from the first cohort of our Amplify leadership development programme on Tuesday. The graduation event was the culmination of a six-month participative programme designed to elevate our senior leaders and concluded with a business change proposal to our ExCom team, an introduction to our Beyond Amplify post-programme experience and a celebratory dinner. Since launching in May, 30% of our General Manager population have applied and will complete the programme by the end of 2025, reinforcing our commitment to retain and develop the best GMs that will inspire our future leaders.
