Last week, we kicked off an extensive roofing project for Capital Industrial LLP with Welbro Project Management Limited at Fairways Business Park, Leyton. Our team is providing project management, design and specification, cost management, and principal designer services to deliver this complex project seamlessly. The scope includes oversheeting the asbestos roofs with modern built-up metal roofing systems, ensuring the buildings are watertight and meet today’s standards. With tenants remaining in-situ and the site located next to the London railway network, we’re coordinating closely with tenants and Network Rail to ensure minimal disruption. #airbuildingconsultancy #projectmanagement #buildingsurveying
