This is big news. Best of luck Honeywell. Air Products is synonymous with LNG. A great company to do business with. High quality. Great people.
This would be music to ears of Matt Spalding.
In my mind, LNG will always be synonymous with Air Products. Thank you for decades of innovation, success, and dedication!
Well done! About time UOP made a strategic acquisition. 👏🏻
Congratulations and best of luck to both Honeywell and Air Products, but feels like a very very high valuation.
Always merger and acquisition is gives win win situation to both. Best wishes Honeywell and Air Products
Clean hydrogen at scale to substitute for NG as raw material is rational "energy transition". Clean hydrogen as fuel in transportation at scale is not rational "energy transition".
Great move by Honeywell ! Exciting to see Air Products Products focusing on clean hydrogen and industrial gases. Looking forward to the future developments.
This acquisition is in the right time when LNG industry is booming and growth is exponintial. Acquiring Air Products is just another strategic decision where HON completes its portfolio and puts another cube is the buzzle to deliver an end to end full solution (#digitization, #equipment_technology, #people, #energy_transmission)

2wI wonder what the visonaries who founded and grew this balanced company would say, about all this divestiture.
