Great way to see progress at a company with a stagnant business model….get refreshing ideas from a diverse group of leaders which can lead to profitability and growth in places one person ( or a team with similar background and ideas) have been unable to implement forward movement. If it isn’t working….its broken…don’t “fix-it”….find a better path and find people willing to challenge you….your ideas broke “it” in the first place…you need to outsource creativity to launch forward.
Good quote on building a successful team from Delta Air Lines' VP of Network Amy Martin: "I build the team where we’re not going to get into group think. I like to bring in people with diverse backgrounds [and] diverse experiences so we can really try to stress test things … Being able to have a team where you can kind of debate, and argue with each other, and kind of stress test ideas, makes the end product come back a lot stronger.” #RoutesAmericas #airlines Routes

27 years helping persons blind, low vision and visually impaired. | CEO - Accessibility dot Net | Low Vision Rehab | Discovered - TechnologyAirtime.com
Technology Airtime is a discovery, and not an invention, because it was bound to be discovered. 1999 - PJ When you reduce your Technology Airtime you make more money because Time is Money! Benjamin Franklin is credited with coining the phrase "time is money", and this has become the motto of Technology Airtime. I am sure Ben would love the Technology Airtime movement which is the Gauge for AI and all computer systems. At the center of this gauge is a computer which is merely a device made up of hardware and software. While the hardware will always get smaller and faster it becomes the software that becomes the boat anchor that slows the computer down. How Technology Airtime was discovered was because of how the software was programmed and that is why the race to build faster computers is to use the latest hardware and the tightest software programs. Here is how it was discovered: https://lnkd.in/gfcxfPQy While America awaits the first Blind Rally called Blind Rally 1 - which is the Autonomous EV Race from California to New York, the Blind Rally 2 is close to being announced. The Blind Rally 2 will be a race between two computer users and we are writing the rules and searching the world for 2 people to race to see who uses the least amount of Technology Airtime. I/O sets the race up. 😏 Peace and Love to all, Patrick Looking for Sponsors! #NVIDIA #QUALCOMM #TESLA #DELL #SAMSUNG #SONY https://lnkd.in/gmKFMhg6

Could Nepotism be Part of the Problem at Boeing? #Interesting: The revelations from the #Boeing insider are nothing short of shocking. The claim that failing executives are working from home while the company’s Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (#DEI) initiatives are being criticized underscores a concerning lack of accountability within the organization. As one of the leading #aerospace companies, Boeing’s commitment to safety and efficiency should be unwavering. However, if executives are prioritizing personal comfort over addressing critical issues plaguing the company, it raises serious questions about their leadership and dedication to fulfilling Boeing’s mission. With such allegations coming to light, stakeholders and the public alike are left wondering about the future trajectory of this #aviation giant. https://lnkd.in/gx6i3ida

Founder @ Bizzy 👩🏻🦰 Business coach helping aspiring + exhausted entrepreneurs work less, achieve more and live better 😎 Build the freedom based biz of your dreams in just 12 weeks w/ me💫 Waitlist reopens 5 Nov!
Lessons I’ve learnt from working with the Royal Airforce. (And how you can implement them in your biz). I spent 15 years supporting the UK, US and Australian Airforce. But often you don’t get to speak to the person in the cockpit. The first time I did, changed the way I work forever. Suddenly, I wasn’t just delivering a product, I was speaking to the person using it. Understanding their frustrations, issues, concerns. ❌ That new fancy dashboard we developed? Confusing. ❌ The wipers? Don’t work in this terrain. ❌ The delivery dates? Putting their mission in danger. From that day onwards I vowed to: ✅ Stop making assumptions about what they wanted ✅ Bring them along the design and development journey ✅ Be conscious of need (not just planned) delivery dates The result? A high quality product they wanted. Not a defected product that’ll have to do. Delivered when they actually needed it. It required compromise of course, but we did it. And everyone was happy. So before you get stuck into work today, think: → Is this what my customer wants? → How do I know? → If not, get to know. It will save you time, money and a lot of headaches. P.S. This photo is from 2013. Not sure how I got up there in a skirt? _______________________________ Hey, I'm Jen - I help business owners achieve more, whilst working less. Want to join the crew? This is another level of crisis response. :) Affected clients are not compensated if they cannot demonstrate strong operational resilience. However, if they are highly resilient, they should not be affected at such extent. :)
