I'm thrilled to share insights into the remarkable strides made under Saudi Arabia's برنامج جودة الحياة | Quality of Life Program, part of vision2030. This program is dramatically reshaping how sports, cultural activities, and entertainment are approached across the Kingdom. By 2030, the target is for 40% of Saudi Arabia's population to regularly engage in physical activities, significantly contributing to a healthier society. This includes developing new sports facilities and programs accessible to all citizens and residents and enhancing the sports culture throughout the country. Over 100 new venues, including state-of-the-art libraries and theaters, are being established in terms of culture. These facilities will host various cultural events and exhibitions, significantly enriching Saudi Arabia's arts and heritage landscape. This expansion goes beyond numbers; it's about deepening cultural roots and enhancing global cultural exchange. The entertainment sector is also experiencing an unprecedented boost, with over 300 new options catering to diverse tastes and preferences. These additions transform Saudi Arabia into a vibrant hub for residents and tourists, from cinemas to amusement parks and live shows. Tourism is undergoing a transformative expansion aimed at tripling the number of tourists visiting the country. Strategic investments enhance infrastructure and services, making Saudi Arabia a premier destination for global travelers. This includes improving tourist facilities and increasing the availability of tourist accommodations and experiences that highlight the Kingdom's unique heritage and breathtaking landscapes. Urban enhancements are also a significant focus, with plans to double the per capita green space. This not only beautifies cities but also contributes to environmental well-being. The ambition extends to elevating three Saudi cities into the top 100 worldwide for quality of life, showcasing a holistic approach to urban development. These ambitious projects demonstrate Saudi Arabia's commitment to enhancing the quality of life for everyone in the Kingdom, positioning it as a leader in sustainable and inclusive development on the global stage. Working on the digital transformation of airports in Saudi Arabia has been a great experience. It’s not just about the scale of the transformation - something no one in the world has done before - or the exciting projects I had the privilege to be part of - it’s about the people, the culture, and the way business and relationships come together here. Trust is everything in Saudi Arabia. When someone trusts you with a task, it’s not just professional - it’s personal. You’re entrusted with their confidence, and out of respect, you deliver. That trust and mutual respect are deeply ingrained in the culture, and it’s a lesson I’ll carry with me wherever I go. What’s even more fascinating is how Saudi Arabia bridges the past and the future. From the breathtaking heritage of places like Al-Ula to the bold, futuristic vision of NEOM and Vision 2030, this is a country that doesn’t stand still. It’s rewriting its story while holding onto its rich traditions. Outside of work, the hospitality here is second to none. Whether it’s the warmth of morning greetings from colleagues, the kindness of a stranger, or the community spirit at events like the Oxbridge Society dinners, you always feel welcomed and valued. A huge shoutout to Yazeed Al-Rubaian, CFA and Abddosalam Madkhali for creating such fantastic gatherings that bring people together in the most meaningful way. What sets this course apart is its practical approach. It goes beyond simply teaching theory. By applying theory to real-world scenarios we all encounter in daily communication, you'll learn not only the concepts but also how to use them to improve your communication skills in everyday situations. The course demonstrates this by showcasing real cases of ineffective communication and then showing you how to use the provided tools to make it better.
