It was canceled without my permission by one of your agents, and I am not being offered a full refund according as he said its according to the cancellation policy. But I did not cancel the reservation, and your agent confirmed that he canceled it. I would be fine with the cancellation if I will receive a full refund, but the agent is now unresponsive with my messages. It is unacceptable that your agent made this decision without my consent and is not willing to provide a full refund. Please help resolve this matter
