RedBird IMI, an operator of an investment vehicle focused on acquiring and investing in large-scale media, entertainment and sports content properties, agreed to acquire All3Media, a British worldwide independent television, film, and digital production and distribution company, from Warner Bros. Discovery, global media and entertainment company, and Liberty Global, a multinational telecommunications company, for £1.15bn. "All3Media is one of the world's great content companies, and this gives us an incredible platform to continue to grow our expanding portfolio. The demand for new shows and ongoing existing series, both scripted and unscripted, makes All3 a perfect fit for us.
