This is exactly what stands out. Candidates who have done the inner work—who understand their strengths and have actively worked on areas of growth—are the ones who leave a lasting impression. It’s more than just technical skills; it’s about knowing yourself too, and that’s what sets future pilots apart. #PilotTraining #AviationCareer #PilotLife #AirlineSelection #ClientFeedback #PilotTraining #AviationGoals #CareerGrowth

Don’t let these challenges ground your ambitions. Commercial airlines need pilots is an understatement. Airline training programs for aptitude tested potential men and women can be done. Once accepted, before training commences, a contract is signed that she or he must work for that airline exclusively a said number of years. If he or she breaks that agreement, the total cost of training will need to be repaid with said terms in the contract. I believe this is a win win for both employer and employee. Potential pilots are trained alleaving pilot shortage, jobs are created, and the airline can train to their standards.

This is how it is in most industries...but not acceptable for pilots. Most pilots coming into the commercial aviation industry (Part 91, 121, 1353) have to spend many years and tens of thousands of their own dollars to make sure their performance is good BEFORE the first low paycheck ever arrives. #aviation #aviationindustry #career #pilot #pilottraining #smile #learn #conversation #training #achickinthecockpit #pilotlife #knowledge #linkedin #businessaviation #airlines #airlinepilot #pilotlife
