Some reasons why the Microsoft outage had a relatively less impact on India - The Indian financial and payments systems remained largely unaffected by the Microsoft services outage, with only 10 banks and non-banking financial companies (NBFCs) facing minor disruptions. - Critical systems of most banks in India are not cloud-based, and only a few banks use the CrowdStrike tool that caused the outage. - The Reserve Bank of India (RBI) reported that the Indian financial sector remained insulated from the global outage. - The country's payments architecture, including the Unified Payments Interface (UPI), was also unaffected by the outage. - Some of the major Indian banks, including the State Bank of India (SBI), ICICI Bank, Axis Bank, and HDFC Bank, reported that their systems were working fine and were not impacted by the outage. Aren't we smart enough to manage global issue ? our IT talent is out of the world. We must have own Microsoft. and Google why Not? Is that a rocket science? Anyway innthat also we are outstanding. So can Ambani Adani Infosys, Tata come together and support BharatOS. Open architecture, no virus, no licenses of any sort. free upgrades and secured not stealing data by offering free Cookies.

Is TCS (Tata Consultancy Services) ensuring the security of BSNL (BSNL LTD) and in turn, BSNL ensuring higher payment security for its users through recharge? 🤔🤷🏻♀️ Does BSNL have good opportunities in the telecommunications market? 🤷🏻♀️🤔 There are so many questions with answers that are all "yes." Now, BSNL has some fantastic opportunities in the market for its users. Now all Eyes on BSNL.😇 Recently, IT giant Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) has received an advance purchase order worth Rs 15,000 crore from state-owned telecom service provider Bharat Sanchar Nigam Ltd (BSNL) in a widely speculated 4G network deployment deal. The consortium, which includes Tejas Networks Ltd, Centre for Development of Telematics (C-DOT) and the central government’s public sector undertaking ITI Ltd (earlier known as Indian Telephone Industries Limited), has won the bid for BSNL’s pan-India 4G project. According to sources, around 75 per cent of the deal value will go to TCS. The plan of 4G/5G network was already delayed but this time project submitted to the TCS and we all know the power of Ratan Tata sir’s commitment so I believed this will be happended soon✌️ What do you think ?🤔 comment in chat! It's time for the public to know that BSNL will provide excellent services at a minimal cost due to increased charges by competitors. ⭕️BSNL main Shortcoming: 🔹Lagging far behind its rivals. 🔹No new technologies adopted means outdated technology. 🔹it’s using 2G/3G technology in the 4G/5G technology world. 🔹Lagging network quality and speed, because "Work quality and speed are top priorities for users, which is why many prefer to switch to Jio or Airtel. 🔹Lack of spectrum allocation. 🔹Facing Financial difficulties and many more please add what you noticed! ⭕️Opportunities in Makret for BSNL: 🔹Backed by the Government as I said recently, the Government provide a good amount of funds to the BSNL LTD 🔹Now they tie up with Tata Consultancy Services a well-known organisation in India. 🔹The recent tariff changes from competitors like Jio airtel and Vodafone have sparked outrage among Indian subscribers. Anything you want to add for us then please add! As of now #tatakabsnl is so much running on Twitter so let c worth of it ✌️ Connect with me CA Shaifali Ranka (Jain) for more! Keep Smile 😊 Have a good day 🫡 #effficiency #updates #bsnl #tata #airtel #jio #users #market #telecommunication

Yesterday, Jio Faced a Major Outage Across India, But why? Reliance Jio’s network went down for thousands of users across several major cities like: Mumbai, Delhi, Bengaluru, and Hyderabad. Most users (68%) reported having 'No Signal,' while others mentioned problems with mobile internet and Jio Fibre. Interestingly, other telecom networks like Airtel, Vodafone Idea, and BSNL didn’t seem to have any issues. But why is that happening? Rumors circulated that a fire at Jio’s IDC data center caused the outage, but there’s been no official confirmation yet. Outages like these remind us how dependent we've become on reliable internet connections. What do you think of such network failures, and how do they affect businesses and users?

#ProductReview #UserExperience #WiFi #InternetSolutions 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐖𝐢-𝐅𝐢 𝐃𝐨𝐧𝐠𝐥𝐞𝐬 𝐛𝐲 Jio , airtel, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐀𝐦𝐚𝐳𝐨𝐧𝐁𝐚𝐬𝐢𝐜𝐬 (𝐀 𝐩𝐫𝐢𝐯𝐚𝐭𝐞-𝐥𝐚𝐛𝐞𝐥 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐭 𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐞 𝐨𝐟 Amazon) In today’s world, having reliable internet access is crucial, especially if you live in an area where internet quality is subpar. If fiber service is not available, many turn to Wi-Fi dongles for a better service, and among the many options available, Jio, Airtel, and AmazonBasics stand out as top contenders. Here’s a comparative review based on my experiences. 𝐀𝐦𝐚𝐳𝐨𝐧𝐁𝐚𝐬𝐢𝐜𝐬 𝐖𝐢-𝐅𝐢 𝐃𝐨𝐧𝐠𝐥𝐞- 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲- One of the standout features of the AmazonBasics dongle is its versatility. It supports all SIM cards, including Airtel, Jio, Vi, and BSNL. This flexibility is a major advantage over Jio and Airtel dongles, which are limited to their own SIM cards. 𝐒𝐢𝐠𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐈𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐬- However, the AmazonBasics dongle falls short in providing user-friendly features. It lacks on-device signal quality and intensity indicators, offering only a basic Wi-Fi on/off status. This can be quite limiting for users who need real-time feedback on their connection quality. 𝐁𝐚𝐭𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐲 𝐈𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐨𝐫- The battery status indicator is another area where AmazonBasics could improve. It simply shows whether the battery is charged or not using a simple green/red light indicator, without any detailed information on the remaining battery life. 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐟𝐢𝐠𝐮𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐏𝐚𝐠𝐞- I found the configuration page of AmazonBasics not fully functional and configuration page for the AmazonBasics dongle is also less intuitive and more complex compared to its competitors. A more user-friendly interface would significantly enhance the overall user experience. 𝐉𝐢𝐨 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐀𝐢𝐫𝐭𝐞𝐥 𝐖𝐢-𝐅𝐢 𝐃𝐨𝐧𝐠𝐥𝐞𝐬- 𝐒𝐢𝐠𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐈𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐬- Both Jio and Airtel dongles excel in providing clear, on-device indicators for signal quality and intensity. This feature is invaluable for users who rely on stable and strong internet connections. 𝐁𝐚𝐭𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐲 𝐈𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐨𝐫- These dongles also have an excellent battery status indicator, using a four-line system to represent 25% increments of battery life. This gives users precise information about how much charge is left. 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐟𝐢𝐠𝐮𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐏𝐚𝐠𝐞- The configuration pages for Jio and Airtel dongles are well-designed and easy to navigate. They offer a seamless setup and management experience, which is crucial for both tech-savvy users and those who prefer a simpler interface. I have added a summary table in the image. Kindly make a conclusion using that.

₹249 wala best hai 😂 I recently analyzed the cost of Jio/ airtel/ Vodafone Idea Limited prepaid recharge plans to find the most cost-effective options. (Indian Middle Class Employee 🤣) I calculated the cost per day, per GB, and per month for six different plans, taking into account the rate, data allowance, and validity period. My analysis revealed some interesting insights: For Airtel/ Vi- 🟥 The ₹249 plan offers the lowest cost per day, but the ₹859 plan provides the best value for money in the long run. 🟥 The cost per GB varies significantly across plans, with the ₹859 plan being the most affordable. 🟥 When considering a 30-day period, the ₹859 plan emerges as the most economical option. For Jio- 🟦 The ₹249 plan offers the lowest cost per day, but the ₹666 & ₹799 plan provides the best value for money in the long run. 🟦 The cost per GB varies significantly across plans, with the ₹666 & ₹799 plans being the most affordable. 🟦 When considering a 30-day period, the ₹249 plan emerges as the most economical option. This analysis can help prepaid users make informed decisions about their recharge plans and choose the option that best suits their needs and budget. #Airtel #Vi #Jio #PrepaidRecharge #DataAnalysis #CostOptimization #Visualization #Python #Pandas #Matplotlib

As expected, there’s been a lot of focus on APIs at #MWC24, with various announcements around the #OpenGateway initiative and #CAMARA APIs. Unusually, it’s one of those areas where I don’t have an especially strong opinion of viability, although I’d make three broad statements: - What’s happened so far is “necessary but not sufficient” - It’s essentially nothing to do with #5G monetisation - There’s some truly bizarre forecasts for telco APIs In principle, getting lots of operators and cloud platforms to agree on common APIs and surfacing them to developers is a positive. Historically various telcos have had their own dev programmes which have largely gone nowhere - DT’s Developer Garden, Telefonica BlueVia and dozens of others. As *the* sector expert on programmable telcos Alan Quayle will often note, only a handful like Sri Lanka’s IdeaMart ever gained traction. And none made sense at an international level, as developers don’t want to deal with a clunky fragmented landscape of operator-specific cPaaS attempts, most with fairly awful support and documentation. So harmonisation is definitely useful. But it’s not enough - despite some implausible predictions, the market isn’t really about APIs, but about specific business capabilities. So far there’s been no clear engagement strategy either. GSMA has trumpeted 47 MNOs “signed up” but no details of the numbers of actual developers engaged, let alone the number building apps, or revenue numbers for the operators. Having a couple of hand picked friendly people on stage doesn’t cut it. Where’s the push to build a community in each country & vertical? Where’s the “best practice” document for hackathons, or how many pizzas & t-shirts to give away? It’s not about an API for sending a message, but a convenient way for a dentist to schedule appointments & send reminders via SMS and/or email and other channels. Essentially none of what’s been announced relates to 5G. Detecting fraudulent numbers or SIM-swaps is network-independent. It’s also not new, and not limited to telco-run cPaaS. It’s the bread and butter of Twilio and a bunch of others. Yes there’s some blather about “quality on demand” but it’s very vague & doesn’t deal with how it will contend with unpredictable coverage and capacity in the real world, especially on networks that may be using 4G or 5G non-standalone. And where 80% of the time users are on someone else's WiFi. Nobody is going to use APIs to spin up a new 5G slice, run a low-latency workload in a MEC server (or an AI-RAN node) if they think the user might be in a basement, on a train or in a building with low-e glass acting as a Faraday cage. Will there be corner-cases that make sense? Maybe. Will it “unlock an additional $300bn market opportunity by 2030” as some commentators assert? Another telecom API forecast has 2030 at $1.1trillion. Don’t make me laugh. To do *what*? That’s at least one zero too many, maybe two. My overall take: Meh.
