Gopal Vittal Hi, My name is Ehtesham Ansari I am resident of Bhopal (M.P.) I was using Airtel wifi and dth services my landline number is 0755 4857048 and i require a new wifi and dth service so I applied from airtel thanks app and then a guy from airtel called me his name was Nilesh his number was 9229459153 he insisted not to buy a new wifi and dth but to transfer the existing one I denied but he requested me that he has a family to feed so please allow him to do the installation and not to call customer care. I agreed as he was begging, on the very next day technicians came for installation but they denied to install dth they said we are told to install broadband only. So i called Nilesh the salesman for dth so he said I have told them and they will install dth. After 2 and hours of their discussion they denied to install dth and ran away from my place. Then I called customer support and told them the scenario so they said we have raised a complaint against the person and please be assured we will reolve your issue and make your dth installed. I had words with Mhelon a senior relationship manager she also make fake commitments and ask me say yes that my issue is resolved but it has not. Airtel is asking me to carry my dish

Dear sir I am your Airtel DTH partner from Jind Haryana. I had been there for last 5 years. I dropped a mail to you before 1 month ago on 2 September 2023. I believe at Airtel team for positive response and take action in favour of partner. But you were not given any reply or not take any action. Hope so you know your Airtel partner work for make Airtel services best and customer service and satisfaction. Partner is like a family member if you believe in it. But Airtel wind up my business without any notice period. Your team put a mail on 29th August, 2023 for wind up. And on 30th August, without informing my all Airtel software are get blocked by your team. According to Airtel Partnership Aggreement, 60 to 90 days notice period given to partner. But you are not given a day to partner. Due to which my Lapu balance, stock, other asset, payout, market value are stopped in it. Which I can't be use. So please process my Lapu. Hope you take the right decision. The last hope is from you only. It's a pre planned strategy of your senior team against me. Almost Airtel partner are involved in activities at such activity your team blame me. I already gave you as example in last mail of 2nd September, 2023.

For over two months now, I have been waiting for a refund of more than ₹6000 that Airtel owes me. Despite numerous follow-ups, the issue remains unresolved, and there has been no satisfactory response or action from your team. It is extremely disappointing to see such negligence toward customer concerns, especially from a brand that claims to value its customers. I am writing to express my frustration with the internet connectivity on my mobile number 9394815208, which was ported from Reliance CDMA to Airtel. Despite recharging with a 2GB daily data plan and a one-year pack recently, I have faced consistent issues with internet connectivity. The connection frequently drops, and browsing is disrupted with a message indicating 50% data consumption, even though the service is not usable. I request immediate action to resolve this issue or a refund for the one-year recharge. If the problem cannot be fixed promptly, I will need to port my number to another service provider. WHY IS A 2 DECADE OLD CUSTOMER MADE TO SUFFER it's so saddening to see more 2 decade old customer and an ex employee not being heard or responded to even by the MD ( Gopal Vittal) ... I have been chasing airtel for over a month now but no-one is addressing my complaint my plan for changed without any intimation to a higher denomination and when I contested the choice picked by airtel I was told we have the right to do it as per the CAF you may have the right to change the plan with not with customer's consensus.... you can't take decisions on your whims and fancy I want a waiver of plan ( differential) I want the family plan back as I was assured and confirmed from the call centre and your showroom staff it's a life long plan and will never be changed unless I want to change when airtel has the right to. hange the plan why is the staff giving such wrong commitments.... why isn't there any validation or quality check there

Airtel Call Centre guy number is 9311216095. Both are using Airtel name to fraud people. Will be logging Polic Diary for fraud: against these two people as well as Airtel DTH. Ashwani, 8981099892
