I made the biggest mistake by purchasing an Airtel WiFi connection. There has been no internet in my router since Sunday (14.09.2024), and the issue still hasn't been resolved. "उचे दाम फिके पकवान" Poor Airtel Service I urge everyone not to buy Airtel WiFi for work from home, as it could cost you your job.
I am writing to express my frustration with the internet connectivity on my mobile number 9394815208, which was ported from Reliance CDMA to Airtel. Despite recharging with a 2GB daily data plan and a one-year pack recently, I have faced consistent issues with internet connectivity. The connection frequently drops, and browsing is disrupted with a message indicating 50% data consumption, even though the service is not usable. I request immediate action to resolve this issue or a refund for the one-year recharge. If the problem cannot be fixed promptly, I will need to port my number to another service provider. Dear Airtel Team, I’m writing to express my deep frustration over an issue that has been unresolved for the past four months despite numerous attempts to get in touch with your team My father Sunit Kumar Banerjee, was employed at Nalwa Steel LTD in Taraimal, Raigarh, and had been using an Airtel postpaid number (9893496470) since 2006. The company paid the bills during his employment. After his retirement in 2023, Nalwa Steel issued a No Objection Certificate (NOC) allowing him to retain this number. Despite the company's accounts department requesting a conversion to a personal number Airtel did not act on this request. On 01/01/24, the SIM was automatically deactivated after 18 years of continuous use. This has caused significant inconvenience as this number was used for personal family contacts over many years. I am requesting that Airtel transfer the SIM to my father's name and reactivate the number. Nalwa Steel Pvt. Ltd. has already provided their consent and an official NOC for this purpose. In Lucknow basant kunj Pradhan mantri awas yojna near dubagga , there are thousands of people living here but here is no network for mobile kindly please help us to get mobile network. If any network gets strong here everyone will port in that network so please do needful .here no network came inside home ... Seems like airtel is showing growth by increasing tariff and not even taking consent from customer and later on when you call customer service they have no answer, poor services day on day, they cannot resolve simple issues and all they want is the increased bill to be paid. Poor customer service is what they have and it has not been that airtel which was 10 years back. Time to look for new vendor for everything.
