I schedule “Nature Time” into my daily calendar. For me, that could be a slow walk first thing in the morning or laying in the grass gazing at the sky for an hour, mid-afternoon. My favorite “Nature Time” is when I’m able to sit at the beach and listen to the ocean. This appointment is as important to me as my client meetings because it makes me feel good, gives me perspective and keeps me grounded. (It also has several positive health impacts.)
