This solution blends heat trace, insulation, and rope access work through the implementation of the Heat Management Technician role and a sophisticated Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) system. Additionally, complete digitization of the work via Digital Work Packages (DWP), engineering and planning support the shortest delivery of the service.   **Performance:** Our cohesive systemic approach allows us to deliver low variation in our field work with fewer resources and handle increased workloads with a levelled manpower count.
