Saw this today morning at The Ken and could not agree more. 𝐁𝐮𝐭 𝐢𝐬 𝐢𝐭 𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐲 𝐦𝐚𝐫𝐤𝐞𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐰𝐡𝐢𝐜𝐡 𝐢𝐬 𝐛𝐞𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐜𝐞𝐝 𝐭𝐨 𝐠𝐨 𝐨𝐫 𝐢𝐬 𝐢𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐦𝐚𝐫𝐤𝐞𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐬 𝐰𝐡𝐨 𝐝𝐨 𝐧𝐨𝐭 𝐡𝐚𝐯𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐬𝐩𝐢𝐧𝐞 𝐭𝐨 𝐬𝐚𝐲 𝐧𝐨 𝐭𝐨 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐩𝐚𝐭𝐡? Rome was not built in a day and I believe it must be extremely difficult to deliver results in short term yet I know few companies which do or atleast their social media platform says so. On the other hand, most business owners also look for quick results - build today, sell tomorrow - online. But I would like to show gratitude to our clients at 𝐆𝐞𝐭 𝐘𝐨𝐮 𝐀𝐭 who have been us for years. Sometimes, we succeeded (~70%). Sometimes, we failed (~30%). But the best part, when we failed, 50% of the time the client stayed with us. Because they believed in us, they believed in our process. And to all those clients, we say: 𝐖𝐞 𝐝𝐢𝐝, 𝐰𝐞 𝐝𝐨 - 𝐰𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐚𝐧𝐲 𝐬𝐡𝐨𝐮𝐥𝐝 𝐛𝐞 𝐝𝐨𝐢𝐧𝐠. 𝐍𝐎𝐓 𝐰𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐚𝐧𝐲 𝐬𝐡𝐨𝐮𝐥𝐝 𝐛𝐞 𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐜𝐞𝐝 𝐭𝐨 𝐝𝐨. And to the founders & business owners looking for marketers : 𝐌𝐚𝐫𝐤𝐞𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐬 𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐧𝐨𝐭 𝐦𝐚𝐠𝐢𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐧𝐬. They too, try. Make sure, they try their best.
