📈 𝐒𝐨𝐥𝐢𝐝 𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐮𝐥𝐭𝐬 𝐢𝐧 𝐚 𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐧𝐠𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐲𝐞𝐚𝐫: 𝐎𝐬𝐛𝐨𝐫𝐧𝐞 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐨𝐥𝐢𝐝𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐬 𝐢𝐭𝐬 𝐠𝐫𝐨𝐰𝐭𝐡 𝐢𝐧 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟑 📈 Grupo Osborne closed 2023 with 𝐧𝐞𝐭 𝐬𝐚𝐥𝐞𝐬 of 𝟐𝟒𝟖 𝐦𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐞𝐮𝐫𝐨𝐬 and 𝐄𝐛𝐢𝐭𝐝𝐚 of 𝟑𝟗 𝐦𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐞𝐮𝐫𝐨𝐬, consolidating the excellent results obtained in 2022 and confirming the good trajectory shown by the Company in recent years. ✅ Facing global challenges, our strategy of anticipating expenditure and investment control has been key to success, together with the reinforcement of our brands' market share through an integrated commercial model and a unique customer proposition; Internationally, our sales remained strong thanks to diversification and expansion into new markets. ✅ In 2023, we also delivered on many of the objectives set out in our 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟐-𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟒 𝐒𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐠𝐢𝐜 𝐏𝐥𝐚𝐧, such as the consolidation of the Chairmanship handover, the acceleration of the digital transformation and progress in the premiumisation and internationalisation of our brands. When the stars are aligned It's often said that the heart of any business lies in its people. This holds true also at NoHo Partners, where ordinary people do extraordinary things every day to make our customers happy. Over the past decade, witnessing this unwavering passion firsthand has been truly transformational. Yesterday, I have informed our board of directors that I will not join the next phase of our journey. Though heavy-hearted, I firmly believe it's the right choice for both the company and myself. The timing feels right, as the company's is just now updating its roadmap on its way to become the leadring restaurant company in the Northern Europe. I believe, this is the right time to bring fresh leadership and new perspectives to propel us forward, and our exceptional team deserves nothing less. Leaving behind the vibrant world of NoHo and my incredible colleagues is bittersweet. However, the passion for personal growth and learning drives me onward. I'm thrilled and humbled by the opportunity to embark on a new adventure after my enriching experiences at Mars and NoHo. Beginning in September, I'll take on the role of CEO at Orkla Foods Europe, a renowned Nordic food company with over a century of history and ambitious goals for the future. It's an opportunity of a lifetime—one I simply couldn't resist. Today isn't about farewells or expressions of gratitude. Instead, my focus remains on dedicating all my energy in the coming months to ensure NoHo's continued success and a seamless transition for my successor. When the stars align and the timing feels right, that moment is approaching.

Last week we took part in the yearly B2 Run event in Berlin around the olympic stadium 🏅 . As an active lifestyle is part of our culture it was very organic how Hilke Decker took the lead 🙋♀️ to be our trainer for about a month before the race. Our fitness levels were different, nevertheless we, again organically, created a space for everyone to find their baseline and push for that personal goal. Individuality within the group. 🙌 You dont get that from your CEO's annual strategy meeting. Or maybe you do but acting on it comes more from a place of conformity than from acceptance and believe. Culture is certainly a fluid and tricky concept to shape. After this week I understood that I should not underestimate its relevance.
