Continuous manufacturing (CM, advanced manufacturing) journey in 10 years since the first approval in 2014. Since that time, 10 or more than have been approved for APIs. in the next round, we will see the CM for biologics, cell and gene therapy remains challenging in CM development. Give with intelligent digital twin (Pharma 5.0) and #AI, the CM will sooner or later will be adapted for #Biologcis and #CGT. FDA and EMA (ICH Q13) has been well implemented the guidance for CM, advanced manufacturing.
