We’re still buzzing about our recent participation at The Flavor Experience. Our culinary team impressed attendees with their creative twists on classic dishes, such as Pigs in a Blanket, all designed to highlight our cutting-edge solutions and innovative use of umami and kokumi. For example, our yeast and yeast extract product line, Savorboostᵀᴹ, along with Shio Koji, Chicken Broth, and of course, MSG made our “Chicken Sandwich 2.0” the talk of the show.
