Exciting Update in Capital Market and Securities Laws! On July 12, 2024, SEBI officially recognized BSE Limited as the Research Analyst Administration and Supervisory Body (RAASB) and Investment Adviser Administration and Supervisory Body (IAASB) for the next five years starting July 25, 2024. BSE will now set the standards, issue guidelines, and provide comprehensive support to Research Analysts (RAs) and Investment Advisors (IAs) to ensure a seamless adoption of the RAASB and IAASB frameworks. Administrative fees will apply for registration and renewal processes as specified by RAASB/IAASB.
