Online QR Ticket is Secured & Convenient but Costly Today online ticket is very common and popular. Most of the time these type of ticket uses a bar code or a QR code for quick scan and verification. No doubt these system brings a new dimension in the way we sell and buy tickets. Market of ticket selling expanded from local to global. Security of the ticket of being faked also increased many fold. But at the same time it has added and extra cost to the organizers for using online platform, payment gateway, etc. And the cost is ultimately transferred to the end user (customer/ visitors/audience etc.) The end user may be offered with a cheaper option if the same security measured may be applied to the offline tickets in parallel to the online tickets. We the members of the Ticketline.in are thinking and working on the idea. Please contact on 8777286194 for more details on that. Share this page via #ticketline #ajoyghosh #onlineticket #qrticket

So I’ve been thinking (like everyone else in the U.K.) about “dynamic pricing”, as used by Ticketmaster-Live Nation in selling Oasis tickets. My conclusion: Surely this is “bait and switch” selling. The seller lures someone in with a low price, when he doesn’t actually have stock at that price, and then upsells them to a higher price, one they might never have contemplated paying beforehand. In behavioural terms, we exhibit a mix of endowment effects (once we’re in the queue we imagine ourselves at the show) and loss aversion (it then seems so much worse not to go). The overall effect is people buy things at prices they would not otherwise have paid. I have a friend on close to minimum wage who bought 2 tickets for £1000. She joined the queue expecting to pay £300. She has persuaded herself she is pleased with her purchase, but admitted that she would not have got into the queue in the first place if she’d known they would be so expensive. Finally, I note that bait and switch selling is illegal under consumer law in Europe - blacklisted under the UCPD (EU) and DMCC (UK).

Navigating the secondary ticket market can be tricky, but I've found a few tips that make it easier. First, always accept mobile transfers on primary websites like Ticketmaster or Seatgeek. This way, you have the tickets in your account and can avoid problems with re-transfers. If you accept the tickets first, you can easily show proof of acceptance if there's ever a dispute. For AXS tickets, it’s best to buy directly using the buyer’s email and get proof of transfer from the marketplace. Finally, keep records of all transactions and transfers, including screenshots and emails. This documentation is essential if any issues come up. These steps have helped me manage my ticket purchases smoothly and effectively. #EntertainmentProviders #TicketSales #TicketBroker #TicketPuller #SecondaryMarket
