Q1 is coming in hot! What are you doing to optimize your recruitment processes? Here are a couple of tips that you can implement today. ✅ Clearly define and agree on each person's role in the process. ✏ Review your application and make sure it is less than four steps and enabled to use a LinkedIn profile in place of, or in addition to, a resume. 👀 Review and update your employer branding materials. Make sure that the content you have out in the world is accurate, up to date, and in the right places. ⏰ Define and agree upon your SLAs for communication both internally and externally to your candidates. 👩💻 Review your interview workflow. To provide an awesome candidate experience try to create an interview journey that is four steps or less. If you can't keep to four steps or less, be sure those additional steps serve a purpose and are intentional. And be sure that each interviewer knows and is comfortable with their area of focus. 🤑 Be prepared to make an offer the minute you identify the right person for the role. Work with Finance and other approvers at the beginning of the process so there are no delays at offer time. We are so excited for Q1!
