Sometimes you have 'pinch-yourself' moments working with clients. Working with Koala leadership to craft their Leadership Principles, has been one of those moments. Launching these principles globally and at Taronga Zoo amongst the wildlife which Koala conservation supports, made it all even more special. What a day it was! Netta Efron (Group Culture Officer) invited me to support her and the Leadership Team in crafting the missing component of their Klarity Stack. The Klarity Stack is Koala's guiding framework and tools that underpin the Koala Kulture, allowing all Koalas to navigate norms, expectations and performance. Part of the brilliance of this experience has been that the People & Culture team has lead this initiative, together with the Global Leadership team, from what I call J Curve change. This is change that is instigated from a strategic view that sets up the people capability as a foundation for growth and sustainability. This means there is time and space to really embed these principles into the every day lives of Koala's.
