All its starts with the true spirit in heart for hunting down a passion that is buried deep inside us. I hope one day every single human will discover what they are actually made for but one in a million will only fight and fuel the fire that lights up their destiny. It's Easy for human to dream but to plan and execute takes Time, Failure, Discipline and Consistency. I suggest man have two option- a) Keep on Dreaming, don't work hard or learn new skills, live in pain and Poverty. b) Stop dreaming, Start fighting for lighting up and keeping the fire inside you... #salescoaching #salesmotivation #skillup #inspirationalquotes

Bangalore, sometime in the late ‘90s. This was me in my room in Annasandrapalya Extension (HAL) - shared with my colleagues at that time. All 12 of us, in one cramped room, sleeping so close to each other that we couldn’t even move. For six long years, this was my home I would start my day at 8 AM, and work till evening as a Chef at Coconut Grove My nights would be waiting tables from 7 in the night, then catch the bus from MG Road and reach back by 1 in the morning. Plop down on my bed, and I was out - and this continued for 6 days a week. I had one off-day a week. I’d go to the HAL market to get some sardines, fry them and have my “luxury meal” for the week with some good old morucurry (yoghurt-base), 2 KF beers with my tip money of the week - and then go to sleep. This was my 90-odd-hour work week, for 6 years straight. The fatigue and wearout never bothered me - because what drove me was the ambition and fire to achieve something in life. That 12-man cramped room is now replaced with 5-star suites, I can now have any drink, any food, any cuisine I want - whenever I want. But if you ask me, That morucurry, sardine fry and KF beer combo on a Sunday would be one of the best things I’ve had in my life.❤ - because that had the taste of my blood, sweat and tears. It fueled the dreams of a young Suresh who wanted to be someone in life. That journey continues. Keep spreading happiness and work hard for yours!💕 - your own, Chef Pillai.
