There are two very important reasons why you should have a new headshot created when looking for new opportunities. 1. . The quality of your team's headshots on your website is more important than you might think. Those headshots provide a first impression of your firm. Are they powerful? Are they clean? Does each one make direct eye contact with the viewer? Do they look authentic? Being real and authentic is crucial. Looking fake sows doubt. Looking real and authentic builds trust.
