Akoya Biosciences, Inc. reposted this
🚀 Exciting News from Weizmann Institute of Science! 🚀 ❗ We’re thrilled to announce the installation of the first Akoya Biosciences, Inc. PhenoImager HT system in Israel at the Weizmann Institute of Science, Department of Veterinary Resources, led by Liat Fellus Alyagor, Head of the Immunohistochemistry Unit. The PhenoImager HT is a cutting-edge spectral slide scanning platform with unmatched imaging capabilities. It can unmix up to 9 fluorescent channels and add autofluorescence as a separate data channel! Additionally, HT can process up to 80 slides at once, offering exceptional throughput and precision. When paired with the Leica BOND RXm system, this combination creates a powerful platform for generating high volumes of data, providing deeper insights into both research and clinical applications. 📸 We’re especially excited to share an image captured in the lab of Prof. Itay Tirosh. This image was taken using the PhenoImager HT’s spectral scanning capabilities and shows PDX model of human PDAC tumors stained with mesenchymal and epithelial markers for tumor type phenotyping. “The Phenoimager HT significantly upgrades our work capacity, allows fast and easy multiplex imaging and together with the BOND RXm generates the perfect pipeline for OPAL multiplex staining.” – says Dr. Alyagor. This milestone marks a significant step forward in scientific discovery and biomedical research. We can’t wait to see the impact it will have! 🔬 Looking forward to the innovations and collaborations ahead! Salem Sirhan, M.Sc Rhenium Group
Amazing 👏
Great Job Sergei !!
It brings me a great pleasure to be engaged with our enthusiastic partner Rhenium Group who have worked tirelessly to bring Akoya Biosciences, Inc. solutions to Weizmann Institute of Science!
💪 that is one great machine and a team 😁
Great work! Happy to see how the BOND helps to achieve such a wonderful results ! #bond #leicabiosystem
Great work!
Great work Sergei and the team!.
This is a fantastic example, nice work! Multiplex imaging enables rapid, high-precision results without the cross-talk that often challenges fluorescence microscopy. It’s obvious that pairing the PhenoImager with BOND RXm allows this workflow to slot into high throughput applications to be tested under fire. Now let’s solve some of the challenges that come from analyzing these big data sets…
