Our lead asset, RSBT-001, possesses a targeted approach to deadly respiratory diseases such as COPD and IPF. Dry Powder Inhalation, or DPI, delivers RSBT-001 deep into the lungs where much of the inflammation resides. Once there, the polarity adaptive characteristics of RSBT-001 come into play enabling the active ingredients of RSBT-001 to penetrate the alveoli and other lung tissue with little to no systemic uptake.    Here’s a short video from our Chief Medical Officer, Michelle L. Today we announced the publication of a post hoc analysis of the Phase 1b/2a study of efzofitimod in pulmonary sarcoidosis in the European Respiratory Journal. The publication reports positive findings when analyzing time-to-first relapse and relapse rate for corticosteroid use in therapeutic (3.0 and 5.0 mg/kg efzofitimod) vs subtherapeutic (1.0 mg/kg efzofitimod and placebo) groups. These findings further demonstrate the efficacy of efzofitimod, and we believe we are on the cusp of a paradigm shift in the treatment for sarcoidosis, where patients may have the opportunity to receive a clinically validated treatment option that can help reduce or avoid steroid-related toxicity. The IMPACT study is the largest head-to-head RCT comparing a BPH procedure and medication. It compares the UroLift System and the common BPH medication, tamsulosin. Preliminary data suggest the UroLift System shows higher quality of life improvement at 3 months than tamsulosin. In a comparison of ACURATE neo/neo2 and Evolut R/PRO/PRO+ valve systems for valve-in-valve (ViV) TAVI, both showed similar outcomes in technical and device success, as well as 30-day mortality rates, across 835 patients.
