Job Summary
The Inside Sales Executive will play a critical role in generating leads, building client relationships, and driving sales for our SAP solutions. This position requires a proactive individual with a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation: Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, social media, and other outreach methods.
Sales: Meet or exceed sales targets by selling SAP solutions to potential clients.
Client Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Market Research: Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of SAP products and services to effectively communicate benefits and value propositions to clients.
Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team, marketing department, and other stakeholders to align strategies and achieve common goals.
Follow-Up: Diligently follow up on leads and prospects to move them through the sales funnel.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in inside sales, lead generation, or a similar role, preferably in the IT or SAP industry.
Skills:
Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to understand and articulate technical information.
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with SAP solutions and services.
Experience with sales and lead generation tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales, domestic market ).
Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and tools.
